Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is a famous American actress and musician. The most famous of her roles is her theatre work and as Chelsea Daniels, the star of That's So Raven on Disney Channel as well as Raven's Home. The group recorded an original version of the Disney classic Candle on the Water, from Pete's Dragon in 2006 for an issue of Disneymania.
